MCT440S/1X1 Frame and Panel set from TM440S Platform

• 1x1m frame and panel set from our lightweight stage platform ref. TM440S, consisting of a sturdy aluminium frame (Alloy: EN-AW 6082 T6) with a non-slip, water resistant 100% birch plywood panel, includes 2 connectors.
• MCT440S deck offers the best solution for any lightweight function; with the possibility of multiple configurations, either for permanent (indoors) or temporary events (podiums, decoration, exhibitions, conferences, catwalks, etc.).
• Thanks to their weather resistant, phenolic treated panel and their aluminium frame, MCT440S/1×1 platforms are the best option for both outdoor and indoor events. These features make GUIL platforms the best option for those applications which require a lightweight load capacity and a quick and easy set-up and dismantling.
• Decks from TM440S platform are available in the following standard sizes: 1x1m and 2x1m.

Features

Frame

• MCT440S Platform has a strong frame made with special extruded aluminium profiles (alloy EN-AW 6082 T6 in accordance with UNE-EN573). Its continuous rail design guarantees a quick and easy platform connection, allowing easy attachment of a wide range of accessories: access stairs, safety rails, stage skirting, etc.
• DOUBLE SECURING SYSTEM of the panel to the frame: Rivets, Silicone
• The birch plywood panel is secured to the frame structure by means of rivets and silicone, which prevent possible noises and vibrations, and also contribute to their overall weather resistance.
• The leg sockets are made in sturdy aluminium and each one is fixed to the profiles by means of 4 bolts and self-locking hex nuts; guaranteeing maximum strength and durability. The legs are quickly and easily secured into the sockets by an ergonomic metal knob; which also guarantees maximum safety and total durability.
• * The frame can be painted in different colours if required.

Panel

• MCT440S decks have a 15 mm thick panel, made of best quality 100% Birch Plywood (WBP), composed of phenolic resin coated layers, making them resistant to bad weather conditions and humidity.
• The marine plywood used is specially designed for those applications that require high wear resistance and good non-slip properties. The composition of the plywood with multiple layers and the strength of birch wood make our panels very compact and sturdy.
• The panel is made with WBP glue, making it highly resistant to bad weather conditions and humidity, as well as commonly used chemicals; features which guarantee the highest resistance for both indoor and outdoor use.
• To make this panel even longer lasting, all its edges have been sealed with acrylic paint (according to BFU 100) to prevent water infiltration.
• The birch panel used meets the requirements of the following standards: SFS 2415 / type EXT, DIN 68705 part 3 / type BFU 100, BS 6566 part 8 / type WBP, EN 314-2 / type EXT
• NOTE: Our decks are designed for situations where short periods of rain or bad weather may appear and threaten your event. Rather than having to dismantle your stage immediately, the show can go on without fear of your deck surface warping or delaminating like other stage platforms. If the bad weather persists the platforms should be dried and stored away. The deck surface is weather resistant, NOT WATERPROOFED, but can withstand moisture on an intermittent basis. It was not designed to be used as a permanent installation where it is exposed to harsh elements all year round.

Connectors

• Each MCT440S/1×1 deck is supplied with the following connectors:
• TMU-09 Profile connector: Connects platforms by their profile. This piece allows you to make the whole stage accurately level.
• TMU-02 Frame clamp connector (stainless steel): Connects platforms by the underside of the frames. This system reinforces the stability of the entire stage.
